the Z club had fallen off the map for the most part, but there were small pockets of Z32 and Z33 owners around who obviously were up for meeting up. Sounds like a similar situation as yours. I would just go hang out with them, and if you want them to join the club, then there has to be some incentive or motive to do so. Ours is the myriad of events we put on, as a ZCCA-affiliated club, you can host events that just some informal group or even a web forum can't, especially driving events, even car shows need insurance. I just decided to fill the OKC schedule with as many events as possible, the people will come, especially as word gets out that stuff is happening and they are missing out on it. Don't be afraid to get involved with other clubs, Subaru, Corvette, Porsche, Mustang, S2000 etc etc, actually go to their events and make yourself known. These guys are drivers too and will turn a small shindig with just a few Z's into a big sportscar enthusiast event hosted by your Z club which more Z owners will want to get in on. As your Z participation grows you can return it back to Z club only participants if you wish. You probably already knew all this, but I thought I'd toss it out there just as helpful encouragement. I'm having fairly good success with it here over the past couple of years. And that's no small feat in a town like OKC.
